(864) 405-3056

Ashley Holland is a Licensed Independent Social Worker-Clinical Practice who enjoys helping children, adolescents, young adults, and families navigate life’s challenges and transitional seasons with greater confidence, connection, and hope. She earned her Bachelors of Human and Family Development and Masters of Social Work from the University of Georgia, and has lived in Greenville the last four years. Ashley brings experience as a former School-Based Mental Health Therapist at Hughes Academy and most recently provided individual and family services at Bloom Behavioral Therapy.

Ashley believes therapy can provide a safe place to slow down, process difficult experiences, and develop practical tools for navigating life with greater confidence and resilience. Ashley supports clients through challenges involving relationships, anxiety, self-esteem, life transitions, and emotional overwhelm. Specifically, Ashley enjoys helping individuals who may appear “high-functioning” on the outside but feel anxious, overwhelmed, or disconnected internally. Her counseling style is warm, relational, and collaborative. Ashley strives to create an environment where clients feel safe, known, and genuinely understood. She believes meaningful change happens through a strong therapeutic relationship and that healing often begins when clients feel comfortable showing up exactly as they are.

Ashley is trained in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) and integrates evidence-based approaches individualized to each client’s needs, strengths, and developmental stage. She values creating an engaging and supportive therapy space that helps clients grow in emotional awareness, confidence, everyday tools, and resilience.

Ashley lives in Greenville with her husband. They enjoy walking the Swamp Rabbit trail, cooking meals together, and spending time on the lake.
